Mission Statement
Our mission is to represent the association’s members on regulatory processes by providing the link to government and other statutory authorities and, maintain review processes of members work practices to ensure the travelling public receive excellence in safe, professional chauffeured services.
CVA Code of Professional Ethics
1. Members shall strive for the attainment of service excellence in providing a high standard of driver and vehicle presentation, customer care, safety and comfort.
2. Members shall not intentionally convey false or misleading information whether written, spoken or implied, nor conceal any relevant fact in their duty to maintain truth accuracy and good taste in all advertising.
3. Members shall in all times act with integrity in dealings with clients and employees and shall conduct their activities in a professional manner in the interest of the public and the industry.
4. Members support the function of an Independent Standards Council.
5. Members shall co-operate with other associations whose object may be similar to those of this association.
6. Members shall not intentionally discredit or in any way Injure the reputation or practice of any other member or the general public.
7. Members shall promote the aims and objectives of the Chauffeured Vehicle Association and the constitution.
8. Members shall not knowingly associate with any enterprise which uses unlicensed vehicles, improper or illegal methods of operation.
9. Members shall culture and maintain close relations with regulatory and statutory bodies and other associations and where required present strong association submissions on any matter that may be in the best interest of the Chauffeured Vehicle Industry.
10. Members shall co-operate at all times to uphold the compliance of this code of practice.
